Last week, Fargo police officer Jason Moszer was killed in action after an eight-hour standoff in North Fargo. Duluth News Tribune reporters Brady Slater and Tom Olsen felt compelled to honor Moszer's life by talking about the critical role police officers play in our daily lives.
"This situation really makes me think of police in a new light. I've been critical of police in the past, maybe conversationally, ... I'm going to come clean and say, what a profession where you would have all this brotherhood and where you would have all this camaraderie to come out and support this (Moszer's life and family)."
